Preorders

For Atarah Avenue's launch, we are beginning with preorders. All orders placed in the period of April 1st to the 22nd will be shipped on Monday, April 23rd, 2018. You will receive an email with your shipping confirmation based on your specified method of shipping.

Standard Operations

Orders placed Monday - Friday before 2PM EST (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends will be processed within 48 hours on the next business day. Delivery estimate dependent on method of shipping chosen at time of purchase. We offer USPS First Class options and Priority options. Priority mail does NOT mean One Day shipping, however it is a faster option. Regardless of what shipping method you choose, we still process and ship orders in the timeframe listed above. We ship worldwide. We are not responsible for fees related to international customers paying to receive their packages. Shipping during holiday periods (due to a high volume of orders) may take up to 36 hours after placement when placed Monday - Friday before 2PM EST.
