If your order is a 'pre-order' we will process your order within 14 business days and send you a confirmation once it is shipped!
We process and ship orders placed before 4 pm EST within 48 hours, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email after you place your order and also a confirmation email after your order is shipped.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@atarahavenue.com for approval.
We are always working on getting the products back in stock as soon as possible. If you see an item you'd like that is sold out, please leave your email on the product page and you will be notified when/if it returns!
